fix(notifications): derive notification icon from the real app icon art 2c9118319d

Chroma-key the flat #DDBD8E background out of assets/icon.png (exact
match, no fuzz needed — it's a vector fill with hard edges) instead of
hand-drawing a stand-in silhouette. What's left is the cat+cap artwork
on a transparent background, trimmed and padded back to a square.

Android still reduces it to an alpha mask for the status-bar icon, but
because the mask now follows the actual head/ear/cap outline instead
of a solid square, it reads as a cat silhouette rather than a blob.

fix(notifications): use icon's original tan as the accent color

Swap the notification accent from palette green (#67B56F) to
#DDBD8E, the flat background tan chroma-keyed out of assets/icon.png
in the previous commit, per feedback on the PR.
