initialize() defaulted initialLogs to MOCK_LOGS before checking
whether saved data existed, so a fresh install with no loadedData
kept the hardcoded 2025-08-28/29 demo logs, making the Stats screen
and activity graph show fake data. Default to [] instead; remove the
now-unused MOCK_LOGS export.
